This moisturising sunscreen features 100 percent mineral UV filters (Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide) for broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. An SPF 30 rating means around 97% of UVB radiation will be blocked and the choice of minerals ensures that the entire UV-A spectrum is also blocked. Daily use reduces the risk of developing skin cancer.
Polygonum Aviculare Extract – antioxidant helping to protect against damage from environmental stressors including infra-red light.
Lepidium Sativum Sprout Extract – brightens skin by effectively inhibits pigmentation by acting on two key steps in the melanin (pigment) production pathway.
Vitis Vinifera Fruit Cell Extract – fights oxidative damage from free radicals, binds to collagen thereby supporting its integrity and promotes cellular regeneration.
Perilla Frutescens Extract – shown in studies to have anti-skin cancer properties.
Glycerin, jojoba seed oil and plant-derived squalane help skin to retain moisture.
Gluconolactone – a very gentle PHA (Poly-hydroxy Acid) this support expulsion of dead skin cells from the surface, giving more radiance to the complexion. Also enhances hydration and penetration of other key active ingredients.
Aloe vera juice promotes a calming and soothing effect on the skin, further reducing the risk of skin irritation from sun exposure.
Apply to all skin exposed to the sun. Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. For children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor.

Aqua (water)

Zinc Oxide (nano)
A natural mineral. Acts as a barrier on your skin, reflecting and scattering the sun’s rays. This barrier helps protect against both UVA and UVB radiation.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
An emollient derived from coconut oil. It creates a barrier on the skin surface, reducing moisture loss. It helps to stabilise the product and prolong its shelf life.
Butyloctyl Salicylate
An emollient with moisturising properties.
Glycerin
A natural compound that helps to shield the skin from the environment and avoid irritation. Promotes softness to the skin. Protects and strengthens the skin barrier. Allows other ingredients to penetrate to uppermost layers of the skin.
Titanium Dioxide (nano)
A natural mineral. Acts as a barrier on your skin, reflecting and scattering the sun’s rays. This barrier helps protect against both UVA and UVB radiation.
Dimethicone
A silicone which creates a protective layer over the skin to prevent water loss. Also provides fluidity to help spread the product into the skin.
Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer
A polymer to make products water resistant.
Coco-Caprylate/Caprate
A light emollient with a silky consistency.
Aluminum Stearate
A salt from aluminium and stearic acid which acts as a thickener and stabiliser.
Isomalt
A sugar substitute made from beetroot.
Carthamus Tinctorius Oleosomes
From safflower seeds, acts as an emollient, emulsion and stabiliser. Rich in vitamin E.
Polyhydroxystearic Acid
A plant-based emulsifier.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice
Extract from the Aloe Vera plant. Hydrating with anti-inflammatory properties.
Polygonum Aviculare Extract
From the Knotgrass plant. Rich in flavonoids, offering anti-inflammatory protection.
Tocopheryl Acetate
An organic form of Vitamin E which provides powerful antiaoxidant protection. It also improves skin appearance by hydrating and moisturising as well as reducing skin inflammation.
Perilla Frutescens Extract
A herb which belongs to the mint family. Has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-ageing properties.

Cetearyl Alcohol
A fatty alcohol, that works as an emollient and stabilser.
Isononyl Isononanoate
An emollient ester which functions as an emollient skin-softening agent.
Coco-Glucoside
A glucose derived from coconuts. Acts as a surfactant, lifting dirt and oil o¥ the skin.
Pentylene Glycol
Synthetic or plant-derived emollient and stabiliser with anti-microbial properties.
Behenyl Alcohol
Synthetic or plant-derived emulsifier and thickening agent.
Xanthan Gum
A natural chain of sugar molecules, used as a thickener and emulsion stabilser.
Triethoxycaprylylsilane
A silicone that works as a binding agent and stabilises pigments in a product to help them spread easily.
Arachidyl Glucoside
Functions as an emulsifier, leaving skin soft with a matte finish. It is also hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic.
Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil
Rich in ceramides, vitamins A & E, antioxidants and Omega-6 fatty acids. Non-greasy. Immediately penetrates the skin. Promotes healthy, glowing skin without clogging pores. Soothing on sunburn, eczema and rosacea-prone skins.
Stearic acid
A common fatty acid works as an emollient and emulsifier.

Phenethyl Alcohol
Occurs widely in nature with a rose-like fragrance often found in essential oils from flowers.
Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate

Glyceryl Caprylate

A non-living probiotic that acts as an anti-microbial agent.
Lecithin
A natural emulsifying agent that plays an essential role in the metabolism of a cell and improves skin stability.
Phenoxy-ethanol
A safe and gentle preservative (found in nature in Green Tea). Kills bacteria and micro-organisms; prolongs shelf life.
